Sir Boogie and the Lost Brush

Sir Boogie is a small green dinosaur. He wears a red hat. He loves to paint. He visits the Magical Art Gallery. He feels happy. The gallery is big and bright. It has tall walls. It has many paintings. It has many colors. It has shiny lights. Sir Boogie opens his paint box. He takes out his brush. He dips the brush in blue paint. He paints a blue star. He smiles. Then he hears a soft sound. A gentle voice says hello. Sir Boogie looks up. He sees a Tree Spirit. The spirit is small and kind. The Tree Spirit is green and glows. She has leaf wings. She loves art too. She wants to play. She laughs softly. Sir Boogie and the spirit paint together. They paint a yellow sun. They paint red hearts. They laugh and clap. They feel warm and safe. Oh no. The brush is gone. Sir Boogie looks down. His blue brush is missing. He feels sad. The Tree Spirit gasps. She helps Sir Boogie. They look under tables. They look behind stools. They look in a corner. Then a Bandit sneaks in. He is small and quick. He hides behind a painting. He sees the brush. He grabs the brush. He runs away. Sir Boogie is scared. He wants his brush. The Tree Spirit says Let us follow. They run after the Bandit. They run down a long hall. They jump over a big stone. They open a door. They see the Bandit stop. The Bandit is tired. He sits on a step. He holds the brush. He looks sad too. Sir Boogie speaks kindly. May I have my brush back? The Bandit looks away. He whispers I feel alone. The Tree Spirit floats near. She smiles gently. She says Would you paint with us? The Bandit blinks. He nods. Sir Boogie shares his paint box. He gives the brush to the Bandit. They paint a red flower. They paint a blue bird. The Bandit laughs. He thanks Sir Boogie. He feels happy. Now they are friends. They paint together. They paint a rainbow. They fill the walls with light. Sir Boogie is proud. He hugs the Tree Spirit.
