Ehaan and the Sky Clock Star

Kids stories

Ehaan the Time Traveler and Astral Traveler search the Astral Plane for the missing Sky Clock Star, face the Ancient Guardian, and win a shiny treasure.
Ehaan and the Sky Clock Star

Ehaan is a little Time Traveler. He is gentle and brave. He wears a small coat with shiny buttons that tick-tick softly.

Today Ehaan stands on the Astral Plane. The floor looks like dark velvet. Tiny lights float like slow fireflies.

“Hello?” Ehaan calls.

A friend swirls down like a ribbon of light. It is Astral Traveler. Astral Traveler is curious and bouncy.

“I was looking for you!” Astral Traveler says. “Something is missing.”

Ehaan blinks. “Missing?”

Astral Traveler points. “The Sky Clock Star. It fell out of the big sky clock. Now the clock goes… hic… stop.”

Ehaan listens. The Astral Plane feels too quiet. No tick. No tock.

“We will find it,” Ehaan says. He holds Astral Traveler’s hand.

They walk past soft clouds you can step on. They pass a river of light that hums like a toy.

Then they see Ancient Guardian.

Ancient Guardian is tall and made of old stone and starlight. His eyes glow like lanterns.

“Stop,” says Ancient Guardian. His voice is slow. “No one takes the Sky Clock Star.”

Ehaan’s knees wiggle, but he stays kind. “We only want to put it back. The Astral Plane needs tick-tock.”

Ancient Guardian leans closer. “Prove you are careful,” he says. “The star is small. If you hurry, you drop it. If you shout, it hides.”

Astral Traveler whispers, “I can be quiet. Super quiet.”

Ehaan nods. “We will be slow and gentle.”

Ancient Guardian lifts one heavy hand. A path appears, made of floating steps.

“Follow. Do not rush,” he warns.

Step… step… step…

They reach a bowl-shaped crater. In the middle, something twinkles.

“There!” says Astral Traveler, but softly.

The Sky Clock Star is stuck in sticky moon-dust. It wiggles like a trapped bead.

Ehaan kneels. “I will use my time touch,” he says.

He puts one finger near the moon-dust. “Tiny rewind,” he whispers.

The sticky dust loosens, like it is going backward. The star pops free—plink!—into Ehaan’s palm.

Astral Traveler giggles. “You did it! You are a good Time Traveler.”

Ancient Guardian watches. His face is still, but his voice is warmer. “You were patient. Good.”

They hurry a tiny bit, but not too much. Up the steps they go.

High above, the big sky clock hangs in the Astral Plane. It is round and glowing.

Ehaan lifts the Sky Clock Star. “Home,” he whispers.

Click.

The star fits.

Tick-tock. Tick-tock.

The Astral Plane wakes up. Lights dance. The river of light sings louder. Even the clouds bounce.

Ancient Guardian bows. “For your careful heart,” he says, “a reward.”

He opens his hand. Inside is a small treasure: a Time Traveler pouch, soft and silver, with three bright Star Marbles.

Astral Traveler gasps. “Shiny!”

Ehaan smiles. He drops the marbles in the pouch. They make happy clink sounds.

“One for you,” Ehaan says, and gives Astral Traveler a Star Marble.

Astral Traveler hugs it. “Best day!”

Ehaan listens to the tick-tock and feels safe. The Astral Plane glows, and the friends walk on, holding their little treasure.
