Money the Poop Slayer was a tiny inventor. He lived in a bright little house with a red door, a blue rug, and a bathroom that smelled like soap.
Money wore yellow boots and round green glasses. In his pocket, he carried a small wrench. Click-click! He loved to fix things.
One morning, Money heard a sound.
Plop.
Then another sound.
Plop-plop.
“Oh dear,” said Money. “The bathroom needs help.”
On the floor was a muddy, stinky mess. It had come from Giant, the very big guest who had slept in the house last night. Giant was not mean. Giant was embarrassed.
“I am sorry,” Giant said from outside the window. His face was as big as the window. “My tummy felt funny. I did not know where to go.”
Money nodded kindly. “It is okay, Giant. Everybody needs help sometimes. We will clean. Then we will make a better bathroom.”
Money called his friend, Sorcerer.
Sorcerer wore a purple hat with stars. He was clever, but sometimes his magic was silly. He came down the stairs with a little bell.
“Ding-dong! What is the trouble?” asked Sorcerer.
“Plop trouble,” said Money.
Sorcerer looked. “Ah. A job for soap, water, and careful hands.”
Money put on his blue gloves. Sorcerer put on his orange gloves. Giant held a big bucket outside.
“First, we clean,” said Money.
“Swish-swash,” said Sorcerer.
They used warm water. They used bubbly soap. They used soft cloths.
Swish-swash.
Rub-rub.
Flush-whoosh!
Soon, the bathroom was clean again. It smelled fresh like lemons.
But Money tapped his chin. “Giant is very big. The potty is very small. We need an invention!”
“Yes!” said Sorcerer. “A giant potty machine!”
Money opened his toy box. He found a strong cardboard tube, three shiny buttons, a clean silver bowl, and four little wheels.
Click-click went his wrench.
Tap-tap went his hammer.
Sorcerer waved his wand, very gently. “No silly magic,” he whispered. “Only helpful magic.”
A tiny blue light blinked on the machine.
Bleep!
Money smiled. “This is the Giant Clean-Potty 3000!”
It had a wide, comfy seat. It had a soap button. It had a water button. It even had a music button.
Giant bent down to look.
“May I try?” he asked in a small voice.
“Yes,” said Money. “Slowly. Safely. We are your team.”
Giant sat very carefully on the new giant potty machine. The wheels did not roll. The seat did not wobble.
“It is comfy!” Giant said.
Money pointed to the first button. “When you need the potty, press this bell.”
Ding-ding!
Sorcerer pointed to the second button. “Then wash hands with soap.”
Bubble-bubble!
Giant washed his huge hands. He rubbed his thumbs. He rubbed his fingers. He made lots of foam.
“Now rinse,” said Money.
Splash!
“And dry,” said Sorcerer.
Puff-puff!
Giant held up his clean hands. “I did it!”
Money and Sorcerer clapped.
“Clean hands!” said Money.
“Happy house!” said Sorcerer.
“Happy Giant!” said Giant.
Then the machine played a funny tune.
Toot-toot, ding-ding, wash-wash, hooray!
Giant laughed so much that the purple hat on Sorcerer’s head bounced up and down.
“Oh!” said Sorcerer. “My hat likes the song too!”
Money looked around the bright, clean bathroom. He felt proud, but he did not brag.
“We made it together,” he said. “A mess can be cleaned. A friend can be helped.”
Giant reached into his big coat pocket. “I have a thank-you gift.”
He placed a little golden toolbox on the blue rug. Inside were tiny gold screws, a rainbow ruler, and a bright new wrench.
“For the best inventor,” Giant said.
Money held the wrench. It sparkled in his green glasses.
“Thank you!” he said.
From that day on, the house had the Giant Clean-Potty 3000. It helped everyone remember: use the potty, flush, wash hands, and ask for help.
And whenever Money heard a new click, clunk, or plop, he smiled.
“Wrench ready,” said Money the Poop Slayer.
“Magic ready,” said Sorcerer.
“Helping ready,” said Giant.
Ding-ding! The little house was clean, safe, and full of giggles.
